Our Bishop
Bishop Dewayne Messenger, the pastor of All Saints/Todos los Santos in Tulsa was elected as our Bishop by unanimous consent. He was consecrated by Bishop Michael Scalzi, Bishop Steve Rosczcweski, Bishop Martin Shanahan, Bishop Rick Hollingsworth and Bishop Rafe Adams. His consecration was on April 20, 2024.

Bishop Dewayne Messenger earned his MDiv at Virginia Theological Seminary in 2007 and a Diploma in Advanced Ministry Studies from Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa, OK.
Bishop Dewayne was ordained as a Deacon and Priest in 2009.
​
He previously served as the founding pastor of All Souls Catholic Church in Reading, PA (2009-2014) and the pastor of The Parish Church of St. Jerome in Tulsa, OK (2014-2020).
​
Bishop Dewayne Messenger is married to his spouse Bro. (Deacon) Raymond Knapp.
